New tank setup no3 trending down

I moved 2 tanks into 1. Had 2 biocube 29g and i put everything in those 2 tanks into a 75g with a 28g sump.

My biocube was at like 20ppm no3 and .27 po4

I was feeding half cube twice daily.

I have reduced feeding to 1/3 cube daily and my no3 is 1.6 and po4 is .08

My no3 is trending downward im worried about bottoming it out.

How much is the right amount to feed. Im lightly stocked.

3x occelaris clowns
2x bangai cardinal
1x lawnmower blenny
1x diamond watchman goby
A few snails and hermits
Also a pretty big population of bristle worms

Coral
2x torch
1x hammer
1x frogspawn
1x duncan
Pulsing xenia
Green star polyp

All coral is 1-3 head frags
And gsp is about 3in diameter round frag
Xenia is small frag not overtaking a frag disk about 1.5in diameter

Filtration in sump

7in filter sock
Live rock rubble
1bag chemipure elite
1bag purigen
Ceramic filter media

I will risk an oversimplification and say that my fish will eat all day, and I use the food portion to keep the NO3 &PO4 measurable. If nutrients trend up I lower feeding, or raise when they trend down. HTH.

That does help. If they do bottom out. Is the tank just gonna crash? Or is there anything i could do to bring them up quickly without risking the lives in the tank?

Bottoming out is generally feared because it can be the start of problems with coral retracting and growth of “uglies” often reported with zero nutrients. Many people dose ammonia and/or phosphorus products if the tank is consuming them quickly. Search for Randy’s Recipes for dosing on here and many threads that are doing it.

I'm currently dosing ammonium to two tanks because of Nitrates testing 0. I'm mostly worried about having nutrients for coral so I dose any time I see 0

PS My fish load is light so feeding more doesn't seem to work in these tanks. I have no problem with low N and P in tanks with plenty of fish.
