I don’t have any experiences with Hammer coral but have decided to try one as I have some success with other coral types. I am trying to find out if the coral appears “happy” where I have placed it. I am not sure if it needs more or less light or more or less flow. Any advice from those of you who have kept Hammers I would appreciate it.

When in doubt, lower flow and lower light. And then try moving to brighter light if it either looks unhappy or if you might wanna encourage a bit more growth, but do it slowly and observe
