Hello I'm form El Paso, And I'm looking forward to starting my first reef aquarium. For some reason I didn't get any stimulus checks last year. To my surprise I'm getting all of them in one swoop plus my income tax. What can I do with $4,098 and I'll be putting 200 dollars form each check. Give me some ideas, I want to start with LPS and soft corals. I was thinking of a high end Nano reef. Thanks for reading hope you can help out.

Welcome!

Skip nano and go with a 75 gallon with a 30 gallon sump. It will save you in the long run. Nanos are a LOT of work and constant attention to levels and dosing. If you're up for it though go for a nano.

How is that aquarium working for you? They seem affordable, I'm thinking on getting the 66 gallon PNP system It comes with the pump and cabinets. There's even fully loaded ecotech versions.
I was just taking some pics to update my thread.
