I'm so excited to join the amazing world of reefing. I have maintain freshwater tanks for years. Right now I'm at my researching phase. I purchased a slightly used 14gal rimless biocube. My current equipment: coral life protein skimmer, heater, mj900, carolina nano 240, media basket, hydro meter, and UV sterilizer. On my wishlist: Kessil 160we with control, nano protein skimmer, jebao wp 10 with control, and nano glo light. I will be putting filter floss, cheato with live rock and Chemi-pure in the media basket. I plan to have a Lps/ softie tank with a maroon clown fish, yellow goby, a fire fish, mandarin(later down the road) and CUC. Any suggestions or advice on maintenance, coral placements, feeding, etc.... I'm also looking for a good local supplier for coral and reef club in Miami/ Fort Lauderdale area. Looking for Aquascaping ideas so can you place pics of your reefs. Thanks.
