my first salt water tank 10g, i know it needs work but i'm learning, any suggestions helpful

For your first saltwater tank, it looks pretty good. How long has it been set up?

a little over a month, most all rock was others aquarium friends that they parted with, not sure about they flourecent green stuff growing on rock if good or bad
