We have just begun this journey. Have a 100 gallon salt tank. still debating on whether or not to add live coral. have a couple of tangs and clownfish. Added some shrimp last weekend.
Open to any advice.

Welcome! 100 gallons is awesome! Perfect size for a coral tank. You can start slow by adding soft coral that like dirty water (if thats the case). Zoas, leathers, mushrooms. What you can do for lighting is start with an LED bar or 2. If you decide to pursue higher end coral, you can add bars or something like a kessil a360x puck. This keeps initial costs down. Good luck!

Welcome! If you want to try corals, you can always start with something like mushrooms! What does your lighting situation look like?
