Like so many other newcomers I am new to saltwater. My wife and I are retired and we decided to install a 210 freshwater tank about five years ago when we downsized into our current home and my wife encouraged me to put in the tank when we finished off part of our lower level. About a year ago, somehow, I lost most of my freshwater collection due to an air supply problem. Frustrated by the events, my wife and I decided to go a new route and switch to saltwater. Thinking we had most of the equipment needed to switch over, we moved ahead with a contract with the local LFS to set up the tank. Did not realize the cost or time, but we are moving along. Physical limitations restricts how much I can do, but we are making it work. I am having some problems losing fish and corals so I plan to post a request for advice in the appropriate forum. Hope to hear some good ideas!
