Hi everyone,

My name is Kevin. I'm new to reefing and after months of research I just ordered a Reefer 425 xl! I'll start a build thread once progress is being made with the setup. The plan is to do a mixing station in the basement below the tank. I'm going to plum lines for water changes and ATO. My goal is create a low maintenance setup with redundancy wherever possible. I have already learned so much from this site. Thank you all and I can't wait to get started...

That fun should be in quotes :)!!

You will love the tank! I have enjoyed mine. Great first tank. Do research on equipment and keep it in the budget ( my wife is watching)

Having the mixing station in the basement, and being able to do water changes and ATO from there, will make the tank so much more enjoyable!

I haven't settled on the exact fish that I would like. Probably start with a pair of clowns and move up from there. I really like the inverts. Something about watching them picking at the rock is very interesting to me. Anything that will be comfortable in a 90 gallon tank and is considered "easy" is fair game...
