New toadstool looks gross, send help.

Toadstool is 3 days in tank, I moved in once, everything else is chill. Nitrates are like 45, OG tank was 10.

Obvs the last upload is when it was happy before it was moved abruptly and put into my tank.

Advice on these? I’m clueless.

I don’t check my parameters besides the nitrates there LOL. Salinity is 1.026.

I guess I’ll do some tests but tbh my kits have all kinda gone off so I need to get new ones. Shame on me.

It does have good flow where it is, nothing directly pointing at it though.

Some lil polyps came out today.

It looks to me like it’s shedding, which is normal.

Honestly with the polyps starting to pop out more and more. I think it was just mad being taken from a tank tear down and added to mine with different params- ofc I acclimated for an hour and a half, so yeah from what I’ve read they just take time.

It’s weird lil spawn off to the side kinda melted between the back wall and some liverock, but today looked like it was peeking up a lot better too. I just need to be more patient lol.

Toadstools can sometimes retract and look like they are made of stone. At other times they can molt and you get a whole lot of stuff shedding off them.
