Your salinity is pretty high. I’d lower it to 35ppt.
High salinity means all your parameters are off. Also, make sure whatever device you’re using the check salinity is calibrated. I use a 35ppt calibration solution on my refractometer before every water change! It’s cheap and available on Amazon.

Flow looks fine.
I agree. Sometimes torches take a while to acclimate to full beauty, but otherwise I wouldn't be concerned so much with how it looks right now (of course after the first week of running downstairs every morning to check if it BJD that I couldn't sleep at night)

I figuered with shipping and dipping it was probably unhappy. I thought the flow was good but defintley wanted some opinions on that so i could leave it alone to acclimate to the new home
appreciate the advice as always

Yes I wouldn't do anything at this point. The hardest part with torches is flow. As long as polyp is inflated and moving, just leave it alone. Dipping might cause more problems at this point unless you see the flesh band receding. That's the key indicator of the torch's health. As long as it's not shrinking, it is happy and if it is growing, that means it's in it's perfect place.
