Dry goods: BRS or Marine Depot with BRS probably having the edge.
Livestock: My LFS Green Mountain Coral

I buy most of my dry goods and all of my livestock at my LFS, @Best Fish, Milwaukee, WI. If Brian doesn't have what I need (rare), then I go to @Bulk Reef Supply.

BRS for most of my dry goods and AquaSD for corals... I am still not satisfied with online purchasing of fish.

favorite place to buy dry goods would be living reef orlando, as for livestock it would be top shelf aquatics.

Bulk reef supply, salty supply for dry goods.

I like to stick to locals for my livestock, but sooner or later I'll have to pick up a battle box, they're just too tempting.
