I purchased a waterbox 135 a couple years ago and i had issues with my stand. One of the panels was mis-drilled. They sent me three replacement panels, but all had a similar issue or were damaged in shipping. This whole saga took a couple of months to resolve, but i could not possibly be happier with their solution. My underlying issue, was the fact that i bought one of the last 135 models, they just didn’t have any more spare parts to send me.

They ended up sending a new 130.4 system!!!!!

A+++ customer service from waterbox. I had to wait a little but they exceeded my expectations.

I totally attest to their customer service along with PookieGV being that I benefited from their AMAZING customer service for him!! Thanks Pookie and Waterbox!!! (tank is working out great by the way Pookie!!!)

Wanted to provide an update. The stand replacement part arrived on Thursday and was perfect! Got the tank in place filled with live sand, base rock, some live rock and filled with water. The Water Box customer service team responds quickly and did a nice job getting my issues corrected. My replacement lights should arrive in a day or so. Question, I think I have my water flow dialed down correctly. mMy water level is just below the emergency pipe in the return box, however I am still getting a lot of water noise. Thinking my overall water level may be to high causing too much water entering the box at once. Anyone have any idea on what the level should be. How many inches from the top of the glass? I'm having similar problems with my 220.6. The panels for the stand came in damaged with missing and miss drilled hardware. They have been extremely slow to reply and took over a week to ship replacement panels, which took 4 additional days to arrive, then arrived damaged and still missing the hardware. I've heard they have great customer service but I haven't seen it yet. Glad yours worked out, I'm hoping they'll get it together soon for my order

That is good you are getting some answers. We ordered the 220.6 reef +hd about 2 weeks ago . We also ordered all the extras that do not come with the tank. So far we have recieved 1 email for our $8,000 . Yesterday we recieved our flex arm for the refugium light ‍♂️ . I called there customer service to ask about the size of there refugium/skimmer compartment because I have to have a regugium for my mixed reef tank and they told me to come here to Reef 2 Reef for answers ? As if they didn't have the answer to if the Nyos 220 that they sell for there tanks would fit in the sump and allow room for the refuge . I only asked based off of there 230 build on youtube where they couldn't fit the skimmer and refuge which would make me rethink buying the tank. I surely hope things start going smoother. I am also going to have to pay a moving company to bring the tank into my home as the delivery drivers will only deliver outside the garage , no matter the weather which is a huge problem for me as I am disabled and have few friends if any that could help to lift this beast, especially on short notice. On a Brighter side I am extremely excited to upgrade my tank from this 125 gallon to a 220 . 3 more feet of fun to fill. My current tank 20200204_143052.jpg
Most delivery drivers with a lift gate and pallet jack will bring inside, my safe delivery guy did. Maybe try to tip them some $$$

The majority of the stand is black with White doors and end caps.

I’m going to try to answer a few questions I saw in this thread. I do not work for WB!

I just received and put together my 220.6 with white stand. The directions are a bit lacking but it’s more tedious than difficult to get it together. My wife and I spent 3/4 hours on it.

If you chose the $99 delivery upgrade they only deliver to your garage or porch. You have to get some help locally to get it inside. The pallet for my 220.6 literally weighed a half a ton.

My experience with their sales team has always been positive.

The sump on my 220.6 has a removable partition so you can expand the center chamber or leave it in place and use it as a refugium/skimmer compartment.
