New wave maker in question help!

I've already posted a thread about this but wanted to post another that's more organized. I have a 55 gal that's 28 inch long, 18 in wide, and 22 in tall. Please lmk which wave maker would be best for a mixed reef. or if y'all have any recommendations. Thanks!
