I just got this WW Toadstool on Saturday along with several other corals. Everything else in the tank is going completely fine, but this toadstool seems to have a crater going on in the middle of it. Nothing in the tank would touch it that I’ve seen. Any ideas?

Parameters of your tank?
Did the coral arrive looking like that?
Photos of your entire tank?
What livestock do you have in your tank?
Did you dip your corals?

Alk 8, cal 400, nitrate 15, phos .15

Coral had no polyps out but looked ok.

All coral friendly fish and snails, have never touched any of my corals.

Did not dip as aquacorals advises against it, inspected corals and rock that coral was on and found no signs of pests. All the other corals I got from them are extremely healthy and look great with polyp extension
