I got some Zoas shipped to me about four days ago, but the shopping took longer than expected. Some are on a frag and others are on a bit of live rock, but none have opened yet. Anything I should do?

Not sure there is much you can do. Those don't look good. How long did shipping take?

About 3 days. They went out on Tuesday and I got them in the tank by Friday around noon.

Sorry. I don't know what you can do. Others please chime in. Maybe move them up closer to light.

Maybe more light but one thing to note is to not disturb them much.
What did you do for the acclimation process?
In 3 days the water temp will be a major factor.

For acclimation I put them in a bucket with their shipping water and added some water from my tank periodically for bout an hour and a half maybe two hours. Then I let it sit and the temps equalize for a while and then I put them in the tank. I was worried about them so I wanted to get them in as soon as possible.

A tiny one on the live rock opened today, but none on the zoa frag. So, there's hope for my Zoas yet.

Yes! I have two open Zoas on a live rock that came with the frag. All the Zoas on the frags never opened and just sorta fell apart. Unfortunately, two very small polyps is not what I was hoping for. It's a real shame.
