Newb apex question

I want to set my skimmer to turn off for 3 hours at night. I have the new apex system and I am uncertain how to do this. Can anyone give me some guidance.

In advanced programming put this code in towards the bottom

If time 21:00 to 23:59 then OFF
(change to the desired times)
