Newish Derasa

Hows this guy look? It's about 3 inches long and it's added about 1/8 inch of growth this past month not to mention some huge schutes ( is that how you spell that?), and as you can see it's in an acclimation box due to a nipping copperband but the clam doesn't seem to mind as it's growing quite a bit. Don't mind the sand, I just moved it and i cleared it all off after the picture. You can see the torn siphon where the copper band nipped it when I first put it in. Got this guy for 30ish bucks due to trading in some rainbow bubbletips at my lfs!

* you can kind of see the new schute in the upper right of the picture now that I look at it.

The clam looks great. New shell growth means a healthy growing clam.

Actually went downstairs and it was closed due to tang flying over the top, good growth?
