The Nicrew light is fine, although its performance doesn't seem to quite match its specs. I have the 100w version over an IM40, and peak performance seemed to be around 175-200 PAR at about 18 inches (tested with the Seneye). That's certainly good enough for my LPS and softies, but I don't have any SPS in the tank with which I can test it.

The Nicrew light doesn't come with a native timer. You have to turn it on and off manually unless you use one of the few third-party timers that will work with it.

Look up Smatfarm. viparspectra was my favorite, but these have better control

agreed. i recently replaced my viparspectra with Smat Farm lights too.
they have 6 channels vs just 2, and they will ramp up/down.

I wouldn’t purchase either but the viparspectra is not good at all so go with the nicrew if your set on getting one of the two
