Nicrew 50w Light Weight

Just got one of these from a buddy. Didnt realise how heavy it would be. Will it be ok mounted to my Fluval Evo 13.5? Or will I need to hang it?

Just got one of these from a buddy. Didnt realise how heavy it would be. Will it be ok mounted to my Fluval Evo 13.5? Or will I need to hang it?

I have this light mounted on my Evo. It works great. The light is fairly balanced and the glass on the Evo is pretty dang thick.

Of course depending on where you put the light, it might be more or less extended, but I wouldn't be too concerned. I've seen this light on half a dozen evos at this point :)
