NICREW Hyperreef 150 issue

I just installed three NICREW Hyperreef 150s on my 100 g tank, along with the gen2 controller. I am having a ton of issues with them. The lights will randomly flash as though they are losing connection briefly with the controller. They flash almost in sequence. I attached a video of their behavior. These episodes are random. Most of the time they work fine. Then they will start this flashing. It’s stressing my fish, and me. Anyone who run these lights have any ideas?

Does it have a lightning or storm mode?
Is it set?

No lightning mode on these that I’m aware of

I just heard back from Nicrew support and they confirmed that the controller is bad. They are shipping a new one. Great customer service!

Did the new one resolve the issue? Mine keeps flashing the same way as soon as I set it up.

I have the Nicrew Hyperreef 100 Gen 2 which was an upgrade from a Gen 1 and have had no issues. Hopefully the new controller will solve the issues you’ve been having.
