Niger trigger reef safe?

OK so I received a Niger trigger in a trade about two months ago. He has been in my quarantine tank since then. He shows no signs of disease or anything . I have done a lot of research on Niger triggers and everybody says they are reef safe with caution what I am wondering is has anyone had them eat their corals and if so what corals do they eat?

Never corals, just everything else! Fish, crabs, hermits, snails, etc....
