Nitrate levels staying very low

Tank has been set up about 3 months now, fully cycled and stocked with 2 fish about 3 weeks ago
Haven’t done any water changes yet, I thought the whole point of water change was to bring nitrates etc down but am still basically reading zero?
Basically no algae in the tank yet too?

Tank is 85L and currently stocked with 1 clown fish and 1 Valentini puffer, will be adding a black & white clown once I can get hold of one

A little extra food should help increase the number. If the water is showing clean, you can push the wc out 2-4 weeks.
