Nitrates and Phosphates issues

Please give more detail on set up, equipment and livestock, fish and corals. Feeding more can help depending on livestock. Nori can raise pO4 and ReefRoids can raise nO3
I have a 60 gallon with live sand and dry rock. This tank is around 14 months old. I have 1 clown, mini angel, Dimond gobby, 1 shrimp, 3 green chromas. I have SPS and LPS and I am running a canister filter. I feed daily, either dry flakes, frozen or pellets. I change water weekly most of the time, I can go 2 weeks if busy. I dose Mag, Cal and Alk if needed..

I have 0 Nitrates and 0 Phosphates, should I stop water changes until they increase?

Are the corals healthy, colorful, and growing? Does the tank have coralline algae or other algae growing? Relying on an inaccurate, unreliable hobby test kit to determine how to manage your aquarium is a mistake. Hobby Testing is, at best, for confirmation.
