Nitrates oh my….

My PO4 is .05 and my NO3 is over 75ppm. Tanks is 3 yrs old w/ decent load of fish and corals. Have a refugium with Qty 30 - 25” mangroves in miracle mud. Dosed AF Bacteria a few weeks back and Dosing Vodka/Vinegar for a week now. Not a fan of bio pellets. Any/ all suggestions welcome.

What size tank? Easiest way to get high nitrates down is water changes.
