So I'm trying to get my nitrates up to 5ppm because they are 0ppm and I'm dosing fuel about once a week. I'm wondering if what else I should dose since I have a lot of acros and an algae scrubber

If it was my tank, I would remove the scrubber as it consumes nitrates and phosphates. I would run GFO to remove the phosphates while leaving the nitrates.

Throw some bio balls in your sump and put the foam block back in your bubble trap :D

I have gfo too lol the only reason I put an algae scrubber was to get rid of the algae in my main display.
