Looking for advice, I have been trying to fully cycle my tank and am struggling, as it has stalled for weeks at 26ppb(Hanna). I have done water changes, tried dosing microbactor7 once(after the first initial dose), and have seen no change. Please Help! 75G IM

Hi, what is the ammonia and nitrate reading please? how long has it been cycling? Are those dry rocks or live wet rock? What process did you use to start the cycle?

Looks like you have live fish. My first guess is a testing error.
Oh ppb not ppm . Fish will be ok

Welcome to Reef2Reef!

I think you're fine 🙂

26.0 ppb nitrite is 0.026 ppm, which isn't anything to worry about. Nitrite isn't toxic in saltwater tanks, and I wouldn't even bother to test for it:

Good luck!

Agreed. Stop measuring nitrite. Yours is very low and it is not ever a problem in a reef tank at any level reefers attain.
