No clue what this worm is

Pulled a couple of these guys off my glass. Definitely some kind of worm. White head almost like feathers on its back. Small about the size of an amphipod. Like a father duster but I doubt it is

Pictures becomes clearer when you click them. The head is white with 2 antennas brown feathers on back

Yep only one small monti frag. Was wondering why it was doing bad must of survived the dip or eggs were on it. The rest of the tank is LPS. No zoas. Will they only affect the Monty?

They are usually on the underside so check. If Monti nudis then yes, just Montis.

thanks for the replies guys. Boutta just toss the frag was only 4$ anyway. How long you think they die off once the monti is out

Probably eggs. They usually survive dips.

Yep pulled the frag and dipped and found some more on the Monty. Tossing it. Says up to 2 months they can live without montys. lesson learned next monti im going to pop the plug off and dip longer and bush

Yes one pintail. I’m sure it’s been picking them off. First I’ve seen one of these the month the Monty has been in the tank. The rest of the corals are thriving. Glad that was the only sps or pora in the tank
