Just spotted this strange fellow on the rock next to my very unhappy toadstool

Has it been there awhile? Or is it mobile ?

Looks like a piece of the toadstool or some sort of leather. It’s the same color as the stalk of the toadstool.

Never seen it move just noticed it, would be cool and make sense for it to be a small frag from the toadstool I pulled it off that rock to try and clean up the algae on its trunk and just made it more unhappy lol
