Not sure if this is in the right forum, if moved no biggie.

No matter what I do to my corals, fragging, breakage, damage or new corals all is living.
I place broken pieces of SPS on a rock shelf and a week later it's al incrusting on the rock, even on sand.
Exactly no matter what I do to my SPS it will grow.
Yes my tank is 90% SPS.
My question is , is there a thing like a super healthy tank?
I have tested many corals to bring them to the limit of not thriving and all bounced back, took a frag of my red dragon colony about 1"+ close to water surface and I run Radions on 70%, the radions are 14" above the surface.
All it did was kinda bleaching but when put back at he bottom with in a few days it was back at his own red color.
Also I fragged my Nicks Purple Passion about a month ago, had four nice 1"+ frags and a small 1/2" frag.
Well I forgot to put the small frag in my CTC over flow (that's where I hold my frags LOL) more than three hours later I noticed the small frag still sitting on my granite ledge that I have around the whole tank.
I took the trouble to put it back in the overflow and crazy enough a week later it's encrusting, after 3+ hours out the water, how crazy.
My # are stable and no matter when I test it will be in the range of the weeks before.
Only thing I had to adjust was my ALK, it was dropping due to the crazy PE from Acro Power I think!
I test my water every week and no change
Do send my water off to a Lab to have it tested once a month, will go to a bi-monthly schedule on that.
I dose ALK, CAL, MAG every hour with the Profilux, AP daily and K every other day, soon to be the new doser from Pacific sun the Kore-5th,(Pacifc Sun Products LED aquarium lighting Kore 5th Doser » Pacifc Sun Products LED aquarium lighting)
I feed my corals every other day when lights off with a custom blend on directions from Scott (UC).
Don't use Carbon or GFO, just a skimmer and thinking about to put that on a timer too if I can't get my PO4 to 0.12.
I do a 10 gallon WC twice a week.
All the time spent a day on maintenance average is 8min...........clean glass inside and out, feed fish three times a day, check corals and fish health, check all equipment, dose K and AP.
So leaves me left lots of time to sit in front of my tank to enjoy for what it is today, cause tomorrow might be a completely different day.
I'm in no means a PRO in this hobby and still have a lot to learn but as far I enjoy this hobby as I enjoyed my 30+ years in freshwater keeping, breeding almost every fish out there and growing the most intriguing and rare plants, but that's a different chapter.

So that said what do you do to keep it all healthy and thriving?

I would guess you keep doing what you're doing! Sounds like you have a system that many people strive to achieve. Congrats!
