Help. I have some soft corals that are just hanging on in there. I've been told that I need to increase the level of nitrates which are consistently close to zero, even though I regularly add supplements to try raise it.

Our numbers are almost identical except for the alkalinity. I have had zero nitrates from day one and I can’t seem to raise them to a detectable level. I’ve even cut water changes to once every 3 weeks. I also have an annoying Dino and hair algae problem right now. I only have 4 fish, a gsp, and a small zoa frag because I’m about to transfer everything over to a larger tank with way better lighting.
