No water change tank maintenance

Just a tip for anyone who is on a no-water change routine but still wants to clean up there tank a bit. A gravel vac with the output into a filter sock and the water into the sump or a bucket if you don’t have a sump lets you mechanically pull out detritus but keep your water.

I’m sure lots of people already know this but still thought it might be new to some.

I have a 180g DT .... 250ish total water volume.

I do WCs 3 times a year at 100g each.

In between I dose 32ozs of home brewed tetraselmis phyto every night.

Zero nuisance algae
