Really would like to know how you can do no water changes and remove nitrates and phosphates. As well as what needs to be dosed to keep coral happy.
FWIW, water changes are not especially effective at keeping these adequately low.
There are many, many good methods for removing them, however.
For nitrate, these include organic carbon dosing (commercial mixes, biopellets, and DIY with vinegar/vodka/etc.), skimming, growing macroalgae or an ATS, deep sand beds, carbon and sulfur-based denitrators, media or rock with pores for denitrification, organic binding polymers and GAC, etc.
