Anyone ordering from Canada? I placed my order on April 14th (Noopsyche direct), and haven't heard anything back yet. It's stuck on 'preparing shipment'.

They seem to be unresponsive atm, hard to tell what’s going on. Took 12 days to get my order and it’s missing the hanging kits and no one will respond about it

yeah same, ordered on the 16th and have heard nothing since. I get that things can happen, would just be nice to have more communication so we arent in the dark (literally). Everyone is gaga over these lights so I went with them over the Smatfarm. I guess the "nothing happens fast in reefing" mantra applies to pretty much everything at this point

I have to say that I did hear back from Zach today, and it sounds like the delay is out of his control

Update: My lights K7 PRO III just arrived, 2 weeks after I placed my order from Canada. I'll be setting them up later, but it looks like all the parts are there.
There have been absolutely no online updates and it still shows it as 'preparing shipment', so yours might be on the way already too.

Unfortunately the communication has simply vanished, I’m not sure I’d recommend these lights as if there’s ever an issue I’m not sure how you’d ever get a hold of anyone. Even Zach has quit responding…

That can’t be a good sign, I’m guessing there’s something amiss internally :( it’s been over a month and I still haven’t received my hanging kits…at least I got the lights I guess.

Update: I purchased another light, K7 Mini, and got a proper tracking update just a few days after I placed the order. Seems to be way more organized this time around!
