I just got tracking for my order today actually. Should get it in a couple days. I emailed [email protected] and Zac got in touch and was very helpful getting my order shipped out. Never heard any update from Noopsyche directly after placing my order otherwise.

Ok thanks. I had messaged @Zach B directly but he hasnt read it and I never heard back. The site is terrible and there is no real tracking as far as I can tell.

Got my k7 mini today. 8 days. Ordered on Noopsyche website. Emailed Zach b and it shipped from yrs aquatics in NC. Not sure how all that worked but stoked to get it quickly. Thanks. It is on nuvo fusion 15g. I like it a lot. Nice looking light for the price. Seems well made. Tank is still cycling so time will tell but based on others experiences i am sure it will do well. The fan is quiet. The flexible arm has a nice rubber coating. Solid mounting clamp. Nice shimmer and color. I had no problem connecting to the app on iPhone. Plug it in, Turn on wifi, select the light, put in password 12345678 and good to go. The factory settings are very bright. I copied @JoJosReef settings and just changed the schedule start/end time a couple hours.

Apparently someone forgot to ship it. But since I asked for a refund because I can’t wait any longer it’s now too late to refund. Disappointing to say the least.

Ordered 2 lights on 4/11 and haven’t heard a word. Not sure what’s going on with them but they seem to be very hit or miss…

I didn’t get a response anywhere I tried but finally [email protected] . Got a response from Zach and he got it shipped. Not sure why it’s so disorganized but I guess i got lucky in getting it quickly. I got the mini k7 not sure status of the pro. It’s a nice light for the price it seems so hope you get them soon.

I don’t know what’s going on but they must not be shipping from WI now, I got an email from China and Zach hasn’t responded on here or in email.

“Hello dear Scott , we have arranged the shipment of the lamp body, but we are missing its outer packaging carton. Your package will be sent when the carton arrives, about in the next two days.”

Mine shipped from trs aquatics in NC. I saw they had them in stock online but the only shipping option on website was overnight since they sell mainly livestock. And an additional $10 fee for the order being under $100, and sales tax. So it was going to be about $40 more than Noopsyche direct. I emailed about shipping and never heard back so decided to just order from the Noopsyche website and somehow it shipped from them anyway with free shipping no tax and the lower Noopsyche price. Yet Zach was who responded to my shipping inquiry? Had read they came from Wisconsin.? Super odd but I got my light so thanks everyone that made it happen. Bummer the whole process is disorganized as the lights seem nice for the price. Hope ya’ll get them soon.
