here is share a general solution, hoping to help you;


First, open the web page of your router settings;
General router background management setting address:
ex like 192.168.1.1 192.168.0.1 etc. ... ...


Take TP-Link router as an example;
Log in to the router background - click router settings - wireless settings;
Here you can see the wireless network settings about the router; most people have turned on WIFI multi-mode integration;

Here comes the point:
Turn off the multi-frequency setting of the router; set the wireless name separately for the router 2.4G; 5G; wireless password;

Save Settings! !

Download the NooPsyche APP; connect your phone to a 2.4G WiFi hotspot;
Adjust the light to LAN mode; (in blue light mode, press and hold the R key for a long time until the blue light flashes)
Open the APP and click the person's avatar in the upper right corner; select WiFi connection and enter the correct WiFi password (the 2.4ghz one) to achieve successful network distribution;
Finally click save

Pretty annoying to have bought a lamp that should be controlled by an app that is not available. Makes the lamp pretty much useless.

I had to install Bluestacks on a PC and set it up using the Android app which was quite a hazzle and is cumbersome each time I want to make changes.

I am not able to download it on any of the devices that we own in the family. It is simply not showing up in the AppStore if I search for it. If I change my country to e.g. GB then I can find it in AppStore, but will have to change all my payments and other settings, which I want to avoid.

If I use the link to the AppStore (https://apps.apple.com/app/noo-psyche/id1632354698) found via e.g. Google, then it just says it is not able to connect. Never experienced that with any other app in my entire +15 years of using Apple devices.

strange.My country/region is on "Denmark".But maybe i can share the app with you.When i search in the appstore i can´t find it any longer

Did you ever find a way around this? Just recieved my light, but it's also not available in NL...

Unfortunately no.

My workaround ended up being installing Bluestacks (PC Android emulator) and using my PC every time I need to change light settings.

I tried that route but coudln't figure it out, but i did manage to install the app on my iPhone!

1. Create a new apple ID at https://account.apple.com/account# using a country/region that has the app available. Be aware that some regions will lock the phone number to that region. I used the US, which allowed me to just use my dutch phone number. You need to use an actual phone number you can acces, as you need to enter a verification code.
2. On your IOS device, go to: Settings → your name → Media & Purchases → Sign Out. This is not the same as signing out of your iCloud account. Do not sign out of your iCloud account, only the media & purchases. Signing out of your iCloud account requires cancelling subscriptions and the like, which you don't want, and isn't needed at all.
3. Sign in with your new apple ID at Settings → your name → Media & Purchases → Sign in.
4. You can now open the app store of the new region, download the app, and sign back in to your regular account. The app will stay on your device.

After that, you just have the app, so you can always make adjustements from your phone. Hope that helps you!
