noopsyche k7 mini -- not shipped after two weeks

I ordered noopsyche k7 mini from noopsychereeflight.com, and my order has yet to be shipped or fulfilled; i placed the order almost two weeks ago. Is this normal?

u go to forums, then go down to the tank thingies, and u put your tank there, make a post, then u go to account details, go down to tank thread, and post the link!
