I have two of these lights hanging over my tank and love them, but I prefer the hanging bracket and want to switch. The problem I foresee is the lights not extending far enough into the tank to provide proper lighting. I have a built-in filter on the back where they need to be mounted that is 4” in depth. Anyone have dimensions for the mounting bracket upper portion?

Here's a bump.
I run K7s but am not sure exactly what info your looking for. Any pics of what you need measured?
Awesome! Do you happen to have the measurement of the attached image? It’s marked in red

I can check for ya after work if ya still need the info

US measurements 11¾" on the long side and 8⅜" on the short side. They can be mounted either way but the short side puts the light pretty close to the water.
Thank you for this, it’s extremely helpful!
