Really sorry to hear there's troubles. I would highly suggest reaching out via the email they sent you when you ordered. I did, to order some brackets, they helped me out pretty quick.

Tbh, I was so impressed with my first order of 4x for my nem tank that I turned around and ordered another 6x for my 300g build. Got both orders in since my first post

I had ordered 2 for my 54G and now looking to order 4 more and transfer them from the 54G to run 6 over my 210. I like the lights but their communication and shipping times leave a lot to be desired.

I did, they only booked it for shipping on the 15th. As of today, lights are still in China. Order placed the 23rd of September, looks like this is going to take more than a month. Checked the tracking again, no movement for the whole day yesterday. Only positive it's on its way, by the look of things I will only have it sometime next week if I'm lucky.

I did, they only booked it for shipping on the 15th. As of today, lights are still in China. Order placed the 23rd of September, looks like this is going to take more than a month. Checked the tracking again, no movement for the whole day yesterday. Only positive it's on its way, by the look of things I will only have it sometime next week if I'm lucky.

Jokes aside, I waited about a month for mine. I'm not in the states but it looks like it's a fairly typical lead-time from them.

@Express Reef my gut feeling is that it will go very quickly once they ship them.

I recently ordered a Hygger gyre pump directly through the Hygger site, and Hygger is another Chinese company, but their website had the best price on the pump. I waited a week or so to get tracking info, which came today, and when I clicked the tracking number that they just emailed me, it says the pump will be delivered today. So it went from no news at all to your pump will be delivered today almost overnight. I feel like it will be similar with your lights; once they get shipped you'll have them in no time.

Anyone recently order a light directly from Noopsyche? How long does it usually take for them to ship?

I can give you my exact dates, ordered 9/1/24 and received 10/17/24. Make sure you order everything you may possibly need, like mount or extra light. My light was worth the wait! K7, prior had the AI lights, now I actually have coral growth. My zoas love it.

Shopify just helps me track orders all in one place. I ordered from the same website as you then, hopefully my timeline matches for you. A month and a week or so, whatever the date was. I love my lights man, work flawlessly. Unfort the shipping is the worse part, I was waiting for mine after my light blew out! Hopefully you get it soon.

Lucky you mine still in China. Order placed on the 23rd of Sept. Only shipped on the 16.10.2026 and till date still stuck at "Departed from export center" with no movement. Hopefully soon.
