Question, I have been dosing nopox for 2 months now with no results. I started out with 6 ml a day on my 120 and over the course of a few weeks brought it up to 12 ml a day. I dose 3 ml in 4 doses, 1 dose every 2 hrs after lights on. My nitrates are around 35-40. I just ran low and decided to change over to a diy version and it mixed up clear. When I dumped the remaining nopox out of the bottle to replace it with the diy version I realized that the nopox was not clear but a tannish brown color. Could I possibly have gotten a bad batch of nopox and maybe that's why its not working? For people using nopox, is it a clear liquid?

You need to know your phosphate levels as well or you could be phosphate limited and nitrates won’t go down plus you can dose higher as long as you have phosphates and adequate water flow and skimmer

My phosphate stays around. 06-.1. I run a small amount of gfo as from my research the nopox doesn't do alot for phosphate
