it contains po4, but i'm unsure of the amount. don't believe it to contain more than meaty/frozen foods, but can definitely contribute to high po4 if fed daily amongst other things like powdered coral foods.
 
I dont know how high, but it carries PO4. If you're seeing an increase in PO4, reduce the amount of times you're feeding Nori, or reduce the sheet to half, etc.

No other food than mysis, I’m trying to maintain po4 without removers so was going to reduce either nori or mysis
I’ll use the week to experiment
