olympus e500, lens is the 50mm 2.0 macro; i should have turned the pumps off and used a tripod, but i will next time.

have you tried shooting images in RAW yet? you should be able to get even closer shots.

i tried taking shots in raw, but since i have the wb figured out it just added an extra step to processing the files.
