Not eating and buoyancy issues

This big guy has been having buoyancy issues as of late. It started as air in his pouch but I got that out about 2 weeks ago and he still has issues. More concerning is that I haven't seen him eat in over 3 weeks. Not sure where to go frome here.

No signs of rot
Ammonia undetectable
Nitrate - 20
Ph - not sure (never test any of my tanks for it)
Salinity - 1.024
Temp - 75

The female is in the tank is doing fine as well.
