Ordered a sohal tang.. they called me on ship day and told me “they didn’t have the small size, pay an extra fee and they’ll ship the bigger size”…

Ok fine. An hr later they call me back and say “sorry we thought it was a sohal but it’s not, we don’t have any in stock…”

Ok fine. They said by next week, they’ll have another one ready to ship. Today was shipping day and I haven’t received any update so I decided to call which they then proceed to tell me “the sohal died”.

Now I’m trying to get a refund for my other fish but I get issued store credit instead. I don’t want to spend my money with these people.. I spent my evening reading awful reviews about how customers get corals in bad condition and not the one ordered in the picture..

Going to fight for refund back to original payment because I do not want to give them my business anymore..

No apology for leading me on for 3 weeks, no attempt at making things better, nothing. I’m not happy with their service.

A little concerning.. Replaced my Sohal that was no longer available for a acanthophyllia. I selected HR15 and they shipped me something completely different. I have read many reviews about AquaSD sending customers completely different corals from what was ordered..

What's more concerning is that HR15, the exact coral i chose, is still available for purchase on their website...
