Not Happy With Planet Aquariums

Couldn’t see it until it had water and light over. No the tank has a 5 year warranty. On craftsmanship.

The warranty doesn’t cover my home or livestock. So don’t think it is something to chill about. I prefer to not have 300 gallons on my floor.

I agree that it will most likely not flood my home. Im more upset with the lack of quality and being told that they don't make these tanks like they do the customs so the seams aren't perfect. but I do have a perfect seam on the right hand side and would think the left would be of the same quality. also the dip in the silicone is from them scraping to match as he said. his fix for that was giving me a tube of silicone to fix it myself. Just the lack of care they have has left a bad taste in my mouth. I had always known planet to produce quality products and I feel let down and that I didn't get a quality product.

it is the seam between the two panels. i'm being told that its the way the glass was cut. so basically the panel wasn't cut the same all the way up and down it so it has left a jagged reflection in the seam. but the other side was cut perfect. that's my main point. why is it ok to send a product out like that.

Correct. Only comments between the op and planet aquarium are allowed
