I would not even consider that tall tank due to maitainence issues. And the other is wayyyy to low.
Not only maintenance issues. But I like live coral wayyyyyy better!!! ;Smug

Or back at their shop, we visited Tanked a few years ago and half the tanks we have seen in episodes are sitting in the shop. Including that big bus aquarium.

I thought the same. MAYBE . . . . maybe $10K

I would expect to get paid to remove it. It has such little value being such odd pieces that fit together. Resale value is stupid low. 2 to 4k if lucky. At first I did not even realize they were attached! They are attached right?

I dont understand y people like tanks that are narrow and tall like that. How do you maintain anything.

You pay someone to do it who has all the right tools to get it done properly. I dont view it as a hobbyist tank. More like a fish only display for the wealthy.

Resale is awful for a functional reef...I can't get $600 for my 120 gal set up! o_O ;Facepalm ;Greedy

Looks like ugly tanks built by those Tanked guys. Nothing tackier than fake rubber corals IMO.

Misread the title …. and thought that there's no way anyone is going to pay $2,500 for a monstrosity like that. $25K is just comical.

Its used and worth maybe 25% of its value. Im sure there’s scratches and how do you get to them?

Agree with your position on the tall one. The short one is fine as a bar (apparently). But you could always build a custom stand for it and raise it up with support equipment under it.

Just grow it: Have you ever added CO2 to your reef tank?
