Could be a few things.
What's you lighting like? It may be too intense. With some new corals you need to slowly acclimate to the new lighting.
Did you dip the coral? It could have a pest?
Lastly, watch your cleaner shrimp. I tore a whole tank down to get mine out because they killed around 10 Ricordia by digging in them for food. Then they started on my Lobo and Scoly. I'll never have them in my tank ever again.

Lighting is a radion xr30 pro
25% intensity with 15 day acclamation starting at 60% of the 25% intensity. Corals were dipped in two little fishy‘s

Evening,

Sorry about the trouble. It is hard to see the current condition under blue light. what size is the tank/depth and placement of the coral?

If you have 60% of 25% light that sounds way too low. You may be getting 150-200 par depending on tank. It may still survive. What light was the coral under where you got it from, or was it ordered?

I would move it up or get more light on it. You want moderate flow, I would say at least 8 hours light 220-250. See if it responds.

Where /what vendor did it come from?

Call the vendor and ask what they have set at. But where it is at is not working, so a new spot would be my next suggestion. And more light would be the way to go. If it was too much it would be reacting differently.

I have had cleaner shrimp try and steal food but never bother the corals otherwise. I have heard horror stories of peppermint shrimp just down right eating LPS directly if they are hungry though. I have never kept a peppermint shrimp personally.
