NSA aquascape vs “regular aquascape” rock requirements.

I don't think NSA is "100% for you". An NSA style aquascape can be beneficial for keeping detritus off the rock and out of the tank as well as making flow better. It can also allow more space for corals to grow into/around the rockwork.

And I'd also say there aren't simply NSA and non-NSA aquascapes out there - there are many "shades of gray" in between.
