Hey everyone

Tank: IM Nuvo INT 75 (35”, 1yr)
Running 1x ReefLED 90. Mixed reef with some SPS.

Issues:

  • Dark edges / shadowing
  • Slow SPS growth
  • Want better color + growth
Plan: Keep ReefLED and add bars.

Considering:

  • 2x AI Blade Grow
  • Grow + Glow
  • 2x Orphek OR3
What would you pick for the best balance of SPS growth + color?

Also:

  • Best size for 35”? (30”?)
  • Mounting height/placement?
  • Anyone got PAR or tank pics?
Thanks!

I would put a couple ai hydra 26 HDs over that and sell the reefled then scrap the other plans. You would be surpassing the cost of the ai's and the added mess of controlling everything together would be a headache. Not to mention needing a whole power strip for just lighting lol.
You can find the hydras used on ebay or the sale forum here for less than new.
You will love them.

I had a blade grow and was impressed with its par but very unimpressed with is spectrum and color rendering.

I have the same tank . I got the 30” to supplement my 2 radions , perfect fit . The other option might be too long
