Had a very good experience with my first on-line fish purchase (NYAquatic). I purchased a yellow goby and a one spot fox face in late July. Michael was very communicative throughout the process. The fox face arrived in great shape but unfortunately the little goby was DOA (it was during a hot spell so I suspect the little guy got too overheated). I followed the DOA procedure and was immediately issued a credit card credit (which I really appreciated as opposed to store credit). Meanwhile the fox face acclimated well, spent a few weeks in QT and is now in my DT happily munching on anything I throw at him.
