Nyos Torq helppp

Hey guys. I just bought this Nyos used and for the life of me, I can’t figure out how to remove the bottom piece to take out this guys old media.
Any help would be appreciated

If the bottom is meant to off, I would suggest a rubber strap oil filter wrench link
